  1. Processing and Shipping Times:

  3. Order Cancellation or Address Changes:
    You can cancel or update the shipping address anytime before your order ships. However, once it has been shipped, we cannot process refunds or address changes.
  4. Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Shipping:
    For select countries, we offer DDP shipping, meaning you won’t need to handle customs clearance or pay duties.
